This month L Tranter and son became the first funeral company in Shropshire to introduce a comprehensive service brochure. This brochure was created with the specific purpose of informing families of how to navigate through the process of arranging a funeral whilst also show casing the services and products L Tranter & Son can offer. Containing advice on who to notify, how to register a death, different types of funerals and the work of the Coroner, the first half of the brochure concentrates on giving the family the information they need. The second half of the brochure concentrates on the products and services available to families, including a full choice of Coffins, Floral Tributes, Memorials, Pre Paid Funeral Plans and various modes of Funeral Transport.

Additionally, the brochure consists of information to guide families in deciding which type of service they would like to bid farewell to their loved one, whether that be burial or cremation, religious or humanist”.
