L Tranter & Son operates one of the finest fleets of Funeral vehicles in the Midlands.

Our luxury Bentley and Jaguar Hearses and Limousines have been built to our own specification to offer our clients comfort and practicality whilst retaining the elegance of traditional Funeral vehicles. Our chauffeur driven limousines seat either 7 or 4 occupants and will be available to return mourners to a local address following the service.

Should you wish to tailor the arrangements to include an alternative method of transport then your Funeral arranger will advise you of the options and costs.

Our luxury Jaguar hearses and limousines have been built to our own specification to offer our clients comfort and practicality whilst retaining the elegance of traditional Funeral vehicles.

Our classic Daimler DS420 Hearse (By Thomas Startin of Birmingham) and matching Limousine offer traditional style with modern comforts. The hearse which was registered in 1993 is the last but one to be produced and has had only 2 owners from new. Our matching Limousine is able to seat up to 7 passengers.

Our classic Daimler DS420 Hearse (By Thomas Startin of Birmingham) and matching Limousine offer traditional style with modern comforts. Both our 1964 Vanden Plas Hearse (By Arthur Mulliner of Birmingham) and our matching 1965 Limousine have undergone extensive restoration in our workshops and are now available to hire for  local Funerals.

Our 1998 Rolls Royce Silver Seraph is available when a full seven seat Limousine isn’t required. It will seat up to 4 passengers.
